What We Do
As an intermediary and facilitator between you and a variety of travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local guides, our responsibilities include:
- Creating custom tour packages
- Coordinating accommodations and transportation
- Organizing sightseeing and activities
- Offering travel guidance and assistance
Bookings & Payments
Your reservation is subject to availability at the time of booking. The price for your reservation may vary from the time of your booking to the time of your travel because of numerous reasons, including exchange rate, time of year, and costs from third parties that we cannot control or predict. At the time of booking, you must pay the full cost of your reservation or deposit.
- Accepted Payment Modes: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Amex without charging any extra cost.
- Currency & Rates: The prices we have disclosed are given per person. All the rates are based on current exchange rates in the market, and we can change them without notice until the booking is confirmed.
- What’s Not Included: We do not include your personal expenses like
- Passport and Visa fees
- Airport taxes or security deposits
- Hotel amenities (mini-bar, laundry)
- Food and beverages not listed in the itinerary

Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Failure to pay for your reservation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- Once reservations are confirmed, written requests for the cancellation and refund of reservations must be made via e-mail or through our website.
- If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, you should contact customer services before booking your travel arrangements.
Necessary Travel Documents and Responsibilities
All travellers are responsible for obtaining and having in their possession a valid passport, valid visa(s), and any other travel documents necessary for their travel. The Company’s travel agency services do not include any responsibility for passengers being denied boarding, being turned back at any point of entry, or for their travel being delayed because of issues related to their travel documents.
Liability Exclusions
The company serves as a broker connecting customers with vendors, which means the company has no accountability for delays, cancellations, or other losses that may result from dealings with a vendor.
The company is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal property or damage to personal property that may occur while traveling.
Natural Disaster
The company will not accept responsibility for cancellations or interruptions caused by Acts of God or events outside of the company’s control, including:
- Weather-related
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Disease pandemics or government restrictions
Price And Inclusions
Pricing for package(s) includes only those items identified in your packaged itinerary.
Every package includes all applicable taxes and fees associated with the package.
Pricing and taxes are subject to change at any time based on the applicable government regulations.
Hotels And Other Services
- You are required to adhere to the specified hotel check-in / check-out requirements.
- All room assignments will be made based on what is available at the time of hotel check-in.
- Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, they will be submitted to the respective vendor for consideration (subject to vendor availability).
Activities Prohibited by Customers
The travelers will not:
- Engage in illegal or unsafe activities
- Damage property or in any way violate local laws and ordinances
- Abuse of services or customers
Any violation of this policy shall be deemed sufficient cause for the immediate termination of services at no refund to the customer.
Amendments
Tripglade Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India.
Grievances & Disputes
On-Trip Issues: On having any issues during your trip, you must inform the service provider (hotel/driver) and tripglade instantly. Reporting issues immediately is essential for us to assist you and to ensure your eligibility for compensation.
